Are your fears justified?
Heights, some people have the power to overcome them; others don't. The underlying mindset handling the perceived fear of heights can say a lot about how you choose to operate in challenging circumstances. The probability factor of you perishing to any fear, heights or otherwise, is relatively low, but through survival instincts forged within evolution, everything can seem like life or death.
Fear is how human beings have always survived for millions of years, and substantial challenges to our mortality over those generations have shaped parts of our brain we don't even realize are inside of us and yet come back they come back to haunt us even though now we live in a relatively safe and controlled environment.

Maneuvering through those emotions and maintaining your willpower can be clouded by the notion that life's pitfalls, no matter how big or small, will be your demise. But, since you are reading this, guess what? You made it through those pitfalls. Something you once perceived to be too difficult to overcome has come and gone in time.
